Please complete the two-step process below to become a Trafalgar broker:

• Select "Applications and Forms" on the left and complete the Broker Agreement (on the bottom) or Call 1.800.221.3884 to request a Broker Agreement
• Submit the completed agreement along with a copy of your valid agent or broker license, and proof of Errors & Omissions coverage.

You will then be assigned a broker code and be prepared to place business through Trafalgar.
