Ship Repairers Legal Liability

The Trafalgar Independent Ship Repairers Program is designed for artisans and contractors who serve the marine industry. The program offers two major insurance coverages - Ship Repairers Legal Liability (SRLL) and Comprehensive Marine Liability (CML).

Coverage Descriptions

Coverage is available up to $1,000,000, with a $2,000,000 general aggregate and $2,500 deductible, for the coverages described below.

• Ship Repairers Legal Liability (SRLL)
  SRLL covers loss, damage or expenses to any property temporarily in the insured's care, custody or control for the sole purpose relating to the conduct of the insured's business. Also covered are related legal defense costs.
• Comprehensive Marine Liability (CML)
  CML provides payments for bodily injury or property damage that the insured becomes legally obligated to pay, occurring in the course of professional services provided by the insured and subject to the exclusions stated in the policy.
